Please read my policies before booking. First time clients must fill out intake/consent forms. Once you book your appointment the form will show up on the confirmation page. Please fill it out immediately. No deposit is required to book. No credit card on file is required & there is no charge for cancellations. BUT Please respect my time & notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. I have zero tolerance for consistent tardiness, improper care of lash extensions, misconduct or harassments. If you disagree with these policies please do not book. NO foreign fills. I do not work over other lash artists work. Please book a removal & a full set of your choice. Lashes must be maintained every 1-3 weeks. You should be able to keep 40-50% of your extensions on between 1-3 weeks. If you have less than 40% of extensions or if they are very outgrown fill price is subject to additional cost or potentially a new full set price. Please be prepared to lay up to 3.5 hours & please do not rush me. Lash extensions are a luxury & are tedious 🫶🏼 There are no refunds. If you book lash extensions & have an allergic reaction I will remove the lashes for free within the first 7 days of your appointment. Day of Appointment: •If you are late, no fee is incurred BUT your appointment time is shortened by the x amount of minutes that you are late. There is no discount on the amount of time you have booked. •If I do not receive any response or communication from you the day of your appointment & 15 minutes have passed since your appointment; your appointment is cancelled. •No shows = no future bookings •No guests allowed. It’s distracting & the room is too small. •No phone use during lash services, damage can occur to the eyes.
